Which Finance Products?

Asset Finance – Hire Purchase

The most commonly used finance product for funding business assets such as cars, hearses, limousines etc is Hire Purchase. Normally the customer pays a deposit, the VAT (if applicable) and then spreads the remainder of the loan amount over a set period eg 5 years. At the end of the period, the asset belongs to the customer. Deposit amounts and terms will vary on business circumstances and the asset being financed.

Refurbishment Finance

Included in this, we have financed IT and telephone systems, office refits, Chapel of Rest refits. Most business assets can be financed, subject to meeting the criteria of a lender.

Refinance

Sometimes a customer may choose to refinance their business assets, such as some vehicles. This may be to release some cash or to benefit from a better deal.

Short Term Loans

Becoming more popular now are short term loans. Some examples are loans for spreading out Corporation Tax or VAT payments.
